1. Have All Materials Ready On-Site

Make sure all the materials are on-site before we arrive. This includes the item to be hung, any mounting hardware, and any special tools or instructions. The more prepared we are, the quicker we can get everything in place!

2. Be Present During Appointment

If you’re able to be there during the appointment, it makes things easier for both of us. You’ll be able to confirm the exact spot and height for your items, making sure everything looks perfect before we finish up.

3. Leave Clear Instructions If You Can’t Be There

If you can’t be around during the appointment, no worries! Just grab some blue painter’s tape and outline where you want the item to go on the wall. Include the height and alignment, and feel free to add any extra notes, like “Drapes should just touch the floor” or “Center the mirror above the couch.” It’ll make the whole process smoother for us and save you time.

4. Plan for Heavy Items

If you’re mounting something heavy—like a large mirror, TV, or shelving—it may require finding wall studs or extra support to make sure it’s sturdy. Let us know if you’re planning on something heavier so we can bring the right tools and be ready for any extra work.
